Lizzy has tailored my plans both in sessions and outside of them to be carefully based on my own personal goals. She continually reviews my progress and incorporates new challenges into our sessions so they are varied and interesting each week. I saw changes in my body shape after just a few weeks – which definitely spurs you on.
She is very professional in her approach, keeping records of each of our weekly workouts and creating personal training plans for me to follow throughout the week and outside of our sessions. She is also very fun to work with which is a huge bonus!
I look forward to every session and have definitely been getting a lot more out of my own gym trips because I can follow the monthly plan which I know is tailored just for me – and I know if I follow it, I’ll see results. It feels like very well spent time which is great since time seems so precious these days.
